This is a landmark year for voting California as permanent, universal mail-in voting was passed by Governor Newsom last fall. Here is a breakdown of all you need to know to make sure your vote is counted this June 7:

Given that California has a historic budget surplus of over $97 billion, now is the time to make a down payment on our future and double down on our climate investment. Governor Newsom’s budget proposals are historic but insufficient to meet our biggest challenge: making California fossil fuel free in a way that is economically and racially just.
